Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

We ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping charge

A flat Standard Shipping charge of $19.99 applies to every order.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is estimated at 3–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Delayed delivery

Carrier delays may occur during holidays, promotions, severe weather, or other events outside our control. If tracking has no updates for more than 30–60 business days, contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment after reviewing the tracking status.

Cancelling an order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order and before it is processed, a $20 transaction fee applies. Contact us as soon as possible at dongstock@gmail.com.
