Shipping Area

MildMeadow ships only to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Rate

A flat Standard Shipping charge of $19.99 USD applies to every order.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, estimated delivery is 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, promotions, or other events outside our control.

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. If tracking shows no updates for 30–60 business days, contact us so we can review the shipment. When appropriate after review, we will send a replacement package.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order enters processing or fulfillment. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled cannot be cancelled.
